A recap of Mason v. Madison County: The game against Madison County proved that Mason could quickly gain the lead, with an amazing serve from freshman Sally Karstens. Although starting off slow, Mason caught up to Madison with a score of 8-8, and continued their hard work to earn the lead at 13-11. Although the team played viciously the entire night, the game ended with a loss for Mason.
The next varsity game is tonight, Tuesday, October 5, followed by another home game on the October 12 at 6pm versus Clarke County. Show your Mustang spirit by attending the games and cheering on the hard-working varsity volleyball team.
