AccessGM is the branding the online resources avialable to students of George Mason High School. Currently the suite of AccessGM applications include;
- This is a new initative this year. This tool will be used by all George Mason teachers to;
- * share calendar events (Homework, Major Test/Project dates and various class room events)
- * share a course syllabus and possibly other course content
- * communicate with students
AccessGM - Schoology:
Students log in to AccessGM-Schoology (using an account created at school) on the GM School website and on the Schoology App on any mobile device.
AccessGM - Gradebook:
Students and parents can view thier teacher's gradebooks online using this application. Parents and students have seperate access. The parent access includes the feature of having email notifcations sent daily or weekly.
When you log into the gradebook you will see a quick snapshot of your attendance and grades. Each of the grade entries is a hyperlink and when clicked on will open up a list of assignments and grades. If you want to find out how the grade is calculated, please refer to the class syllabus (shared in AccessGM-Schoology)
Students and parents can log into the AccessGM-Gradebook from the GM School website or at http://ps/fccps.org/public (using an account created at school).
Parents can request account information from Steven Knight (knights@fccps.org) or Beth Bird (birdb@fccps.org) or pick up account information from the Counseling office.
AccessGM-Hy-C:
George Mason High School has many virtual/hybrid courses to offer students. To learn more about the Hybrid Classroom (Hy-C), contact TIm Guy (guyt@fccps.org) assisant principal and/or Steven Knight (knights@fccps.org) instructional technology coordinator..

George Mason High School offers Google accounts to all students. This account will give students access to all of the Google tools (which include Google Drive (cloud storage/document sharing and Gmail). Students can log into Google.com with an account created at school.
