Falls Church City Public Schools Office of Special Education offers a continuum of services to students with disabilities.
Our school division practices inclusion, to the maximum extent appropriate, promoting the education of our students in the least restrictive environment (LRE).
The Office of Special Education is committed to ensuring that our students access school and community resources that are age appropriate and that will benefit the individual needs of the students.
Our school division follows the legal principles of the Individuals with Disabilities Act of 1997 and 2004 (IDEIA ‘04), and we support the collaboration of parents and professionals as they work together to educate our students.
