Professional Background: U. S Department of Justice. University of Oklahoma, J. D., Longwood College, B. S. Past service includes U.S. Army, chairman, City of Falls Church long-range financial workgroup, City of Colonial Heights youth services council and advisory board.

Reason for becoming a school board member: "The Falls Church Public Schools are an invaluable asset to the city and that they absolutely must remain independent. I also believe there is always opportunity to review fiscal and operational efficiencies so that we ensure we put money where it matters most - in the classroom."
